Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Digital Marketing guru! In this role, the qualified candidate will possess the knowledge and experience to help support an innovative, world-class digital marketing plan that will drive revenue and increase brand awareness to the luxury interior design community.

This position will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
What you will be doing:
§ Develop and uphold a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy that complements our business and marketing objectives to drive results.
§ Craft, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns for all regions and business units in collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. SEO, SEM, content marketing, remarketing, display, email, affiliate).
§ Adopt a test and learn approach that enables us to better understand campaign effectiveness and ROI (e.g. A/B split, multivariate).
§ Analyze customer data from a variety of sources (e.g. CRM, marketing automation tool, site analytics tools) to support segmentation and customer journey mapping.
§ Own all aspects of the company website:
o Deliver a purposeful and seamless experience across all user groups, ultimately driving conversions and sales.
o Ensure the web experience upholds the brand
o Partner with IT to implement site analytics tools, optimize UX and develop new functionality.
o Collaborate with business units to ensure all company initiatives are being supported.
§ Develop and maintain calendars, ensuring content is produced with ample lead time, campaigns launch in a timely manner and reporting is provided in time to impact subsequent campaigns.
§ Work cross-functionally to identify campaign KPIs, track results, optimize activity and report learnings.
§ Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports as required.
§ Create customized dashboards for various business units.
§ Manage digital budgets, track invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
§ Develop guidelines for local markets and support adherence to them.
§ Manage relationships with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Design, IT) and external agencies and vendors.
§ Continually explore new, emerging and competitive technology and tactics and share learnings throughout the organization.
§ Establish and develop digital trainings for cross functional teams to increase our collective digital IQ.
§ Uphold PJ vision, mission and values – leading by example and inspiring colleagues and contacts.
§ Exude a positive energy and a desire to contribute.
§ Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients, anticipating needs and seeking ways to exceed expectations.
§ Drive innovation by continually seeking out inspiration from within and beyond the Interior Design category.
§ The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of digital marketing experience
§ 5-7 years digital marketing experience
§ Experience using Marketing Automation tools and Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM system
§ Data-driven with strong analytical skills and ability to optimize plans accordingly
§ Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices
§ Experience with e-commerce, SEO, PPC, database, e-mail marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
§ Experience identifying target areas, user groups, personas and customer journeys
§ Strong understanding of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heatmap, etc.)
§ Coding experience a plus
§ BA degree preferred
