Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Sales Trainer!

 

Our Sales team is searching for a Rock Star Sales Trainer that will provide trainings for our entire sales team and offer new and cutting-edge sales techniques.  The ideal candidate will also be responsible for creating 5-star onboarding experiences for all new sales hires.

This position will report directly to the Director of North American Sales.

 

What you will be doing:

Trainer

§  Train sales team on company systems (CRM, ERP and Web), always looking for new training opportunities

§  Create onboarding training plan for all new sales hires (domestic and international)

§  Review PJ Sales Handbook with all new and existing Sales Representatives

§  Train Sales team on new innovative sales techniques

§  Research and share new selling techniques and training opportunities

§  Conduct trainings for Inside Sales and Customer Service teams.

§  Own creating the agenda for PJU events

Administrative

§  Own updating content for PJ Sales Handbook

§  Create trainings and supporting documents

§  Assure training retention via quizzes/tests

§  Ensure feedback loop on performance to Sales Managers

§  Create budge and strategic plan for annual sales trainings

Miscellaneous

§  Familiarize yourself with company’s Direct Marketing program and how to ensure Sales Trainings align

§  Travel an estimated 10 % of the time. Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed

 

Must have:

§  3-5 years in trainer role, ideally in a Sales capacity

§  Results-oriented

§  Ability to prioritize and multitask

§  Self-motivated, ability to work independently

§  Communicates clearly and listens actively

§  Ability to give presentations in front of large audiences

§  Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

§  Experience with Learning Management Systems

§  Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Business, Communication)

§  Ability to carry at least 25 pounds
