Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Contract Project Lead!

Our Contract Customer Service team aims to “WOW” our customers!  We are searching for a customer-centric team player that is committed to providing the world’s best service.  In this role, the Contract Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing all top projects and managing the project pipeline.  They will also manage all custom projects and deliver exceptional service to the luxury interior design community.

This position will report directly to the Contract Customer Service Manager.

What you will be doing:

Act as project lead on all large projects (over $50k )

Maintain and develop relationships with the key players within the Contract & Hospitality market- includes designers, purchasers, and hotel brands.

Work with top designers, luxury showrooms and our PJ sales force to provide exceptional customer service

Ensure that all projects are properly registered in CRM

Track, update, and follow up on all open pipeline projects in CRM,

Follow up on delegated tasks to other contract staff as needed

Coordinate sample, sample card, and strike-off shipments between, sales reps and factories

Track and manage shipment logistics

Quote pricing, stock, lead times and freight

Process payments

Proactively recognize cross selling opportunities

Follow up on all sample leads and registered projects

Be a virtuoso team player that offers ruthless support

Work on the development of custom projects

File and maintain strike off Library

Work seamlessly with the Contract Business Development Manager and Contract Sales Manager

Be available attend Contract trade shows when necessary

Execute tradeshow lead follow up for contract projects

Work with Purchasing Department to negotiate pricing and follow up on open quotes

Approve all RFQs/RFPs

Create monthly pipelines for all markets

Be lead contact for markets outside of top 10 territories

Assist with Data Entry

Other duties as assigned

Must have:

Upbeat, energetic, can-do attitude

Able to multitask and prioritize

Strong analytical skills

Outstanding communication skills and exceptional phone manner

Excellent time management and follow up skills

Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proactive approach to problem solving

Excellent computer skills including data management, Word and Excel

2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support and/or retail

Proven track record of turning quotes into sales

2 years’ experience working with large accounts
