Phillip Jeffries is looking for an Expeditor in the New York market!

 

Our Showroom Sales team is searching for a Rock Star Customer Service Expediter in New York City within our beautiful new flagship showroom opening in January 2020!  Ideal candidates must be self-motivated and have a broad base of existing relationships with key players within the industry.

 

Phillip Jeffries is known for luxury design and graces the walls of the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Saks Fifth Avenue Department Stores.

This position will report directly to the Showroom and Regional Sales Manager.

 

What you will be doing:

Support the entire sales team to GROW Residential sales in New York City, CT, and LI

Support sales team through existing Phillip Jeffries clients and assist in research to secure new clients

Be an ambassador and support the sells team with all the functions of selling the PJ brand

Assist with processing sales orders

Support the sells team to assist the scheduling of product presentations for both new collections as well as existing products

Direct report to the NYC Showroom and Regional Sales Manager

Provide exceptional support to the sales team

Be actively involved in industry events being a PJ ambassador

Research current clientele information for direct marketing purposes

Follow up on all orders with payments to ensure all sales deliver on time or client if notified from manufacturers in case of delay. Living the PJ PROMISE.

Extremely proactive to all client inquiries.

Support the sales team to exceed weekly/monthly/ quarterly sales activity goals

 

Must have:

2 years trade showroom experience

Upbeat, energetic, can-do attitude

Leadership

Team player

History of being a top performer

Excellent customer service

Track record of providing fast response times

Experience converting leads to clients

Organizational

Strong analytical skills

Customer-centric mentality

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in MS Office

Well versed with ERP/CRM systems

Must be based in New York City or surrounding Boroughs

Attend marketing events as per agreed upon with management on a monthly basis
