Phillip Jeffries is growing and we are actively searching for a Production Assistant!

Our Design team is searching for a dedicated team player to support our new product launch process.  Collaborating with cross functional teams, the Production Assistant will be responsible for working directly with external vendors as well as all internal launch teams.  The ideal candidate has a passion for perfection, an obsession with organization and an aspiration to drive accountability. This position will report to our Production Manager and would work a hybrid schedule.

What you will be doing:

Launch Coordinator 

  • Create all vendor related files, allocation, components, address, vendor IQ 
  • NEW Launch Sales Tools liaison with marketing  
  • Liaise with PD for all launch related details 
  • Follow up with internal teams to communicate allocations to binderies 
  • Follow up with bindery on all launch details 
  • Liaise with DLT for launch  
  • Manages and maintains excess Rep kit library for new hires 
  • Liaise with inhouse memo manufacturing on launch needs; cut list, file upload 
  • Work with external memo header vendor for all launch digital file needs 
  • Gather, manage, and provide follow up for all showroom and Rep kit domestic shipments 
  • Ensure Rep kit collation and delivery 
  • NIP coordinator; help with all aspects of Launch 

Nav maintenance for sales tools 

  • Create work orders and transfer orders for all sales tools
  • Nav Processes follow up and close out 

Launch Proof Lead 

  • Proofing team leader for sales tools; pdf, swatches, color 
  • Liaise with PD, Marketing and QC for all launch related details 

Produce Sales tools  

  • Project manage Launch and Colorway Reruns 
  • NIP coordinator; help with all aspects of Launch 
  • Liaise with PD for all launch related details 
  • Works closely with the PD project manager to ensure timeline is maintained and communicated 
  • NAV/IQ chart maintenance for launch 
  • Assistance with daily tasks for Launch, and Sales Tools 
  • Provide continual support to team 
  • Follow up with marketing to ensure image dates & copy are communicated and maintained for launch and rerun sales tool projects
