Phillip Jeffries is expanding our IT team and we are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join us!
In this role, you will ensure that IT Service Requests are processed quickly and efficiently, and that PJ users are supported in their IT needs. The ideal candidate must be able think on their feet and has the motivation to think proactively. The ideal candidate must be willing to work, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. This is a hybrid work from home/ work from HQ office opportunity. This position will report directly to our Director of IT
